Equitable is seeking a **Regional Account Manager (RAM)** to join our Employee Benefits team and support the West Region! The **RAM** will drive growth, strengthen broker and client partnerships, and deliver a seamless end-to-end experience across a defined territory. As a trusted liaison, you’ll play a critical role in managing the full account lifecycle—from onboarding and renewals to ongoing relationship management—for employer groups with 75 to 249 lives - while proactively identifying opportunities to expand and retain business.
