Regional Account Manager

Position Summary

Reporting to the Regional Director, Latam, and part of Light & Wonder’s New Markets team, the Regional Account Manager will drive growth and performance across the Brazilian market. This role is responsible for managing key operator relationships, identifying revenue opportunities, and executing commercial strategies that maximize performance. You will leverage deep market understanding, data insights, and strong client partnerships to exceed short‑and long‑term revenue objectives. The role operates within a regional context, working closely with customers and stakeholders across Brazil and the wider Latin American market. The ability to navigate Portuguese‑ and Spanish‑speaking environments is highly valuable, and the candidate must be based in Brazil for proximity to customers and frequent in‑market engagement.
