Regional Account Manager, Polymer Specialties (Central America)

Nouryon seeks an Account Manager to grow our Polymer Specialties business across Central America. You will drive profitable sales of organic peroxides and metal alkyls while building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of chemical sales experience, fluency in English, and onsite presence at the Los Reyes plant. You will develop sales plans, monitor performance, and collaborate across functions to maximize growth opportunities.
