**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Region Vice President of Administration and Ambulatory, you serve as a strategic and operational partner to the region’s senior leadership team, enabling disciplined implementation and delivery of priorities across operations, strategy, finance, and corporate services.

Every day, this leader drives enterprise project management, facilitates operating and strategic planning cycles, leads performance management routines, and ensures cross-functional alignment and follow-through on key initiatives (e.g., growth strategies, ambulatory surgery center expansion, service line improvements).
