Region Manager (North)

Job Description:
Drive operational excellence across our key regional hubs in the North, South, or Northeast. Reporting to the RC Operations Lead, you will spearhead end-to-end sorting operations in a high-volume, semi-automated environment. We are looking for a mobile leader capable of managing multi-site throughput and ensuring 100% volume completion across locations such as:
North: Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok
Operational Leadership: Overhaul daily sorting flows and BPO performance to consistently hit throughput KPIs. Workflow Optimization: Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in semi-automated systems to eliminate stuck parcels. People & Resource Planning: Lead, mentor, and align labor requirements for Area Managers and large-scale frontline teams to handle peak surges. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, and HSE to ensure seamless logistics transitions and a safe workplace. Requirements:
