The Maintenance Director is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance operations of bus/paratransit/shuttle services for the NW and SW Regions. Qualified candidates must live in either the NW or SW region. This role ensures strategic alignment of maintenance practices, drives performance improvement initiatives, and champions safety and reliability across all maintenance activities. The Region Maintenance Director works closely with regional business and support staff, senior management, and external clients to deliver exceptional maintenance services which drive safety, quality, value, and employee engagement/productivity.
