Freelance = £25 per hour (CIS/LTD) with Company Van & Fuel Card

We’re looking for a Foreman to join an established regional contractor delivering social housing refurbishment works across Neath and Bridgend.
This is focused on occupied properties and planned works, ideal for someone who takes pride in running jobs and leading from the front.
The Role
* Managing kitchen, bathroom and internal refurbishment works
* Running day-to-day site activity across multiple properties
* Supervising trades and subcontractors
* Working in occupied homes, maintaining strong customer standards
* Ensuring quality, safety and programme targets are met
* Remaining hands-on where required
