Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Epic Credentialed Trainer to support New Employee Orientation (NEO) for all newly hired hospital employees. This individual will be responsible for delivering engaging, instructor-led Epic training to clinical, revenue cycle, and operational staff, ensuring new team members are proficient in Epic workflows prior to entering their departments. The trainer will facilitate classroom-based learning, support onboarding initiatives, and serve as a key resource for end-user education and adoption of the Epic EHR platform. This role focuses on content delivery and end-user readiness using established training materials and curricula.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver instructor-led Epic training classes as part of the organization's New Employee Orientation program.
Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions for newly hired employees across clinical and non-clinical departments.
