Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment—including display cases, walk‑in coolers/freezers, reach‑in and under‑counter coolers/freezers, ice machines, and blast chillers.
• Service commercial cooking equipment (gas, steam, and electric) such as dishwashers, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi‑ovens.
