The reception area HVAC system has been experiencing inadequate cooling and operational deficiencies, resulting in occupant discomfort and reduced system performance. A detailed inspection of the Fan Coil Units (FCUs) identified multiple mechanical and control-related faults affecting the overall efficiency of the air conditioning system.
FCU Unit 1 was found to have two faulty fan motors requiring replacement, a defective thermostat, and several ducting defects causing improper airflow distribution. Additionally, the unit requires comprehensive servicing due to reduced cooling capacity and operational inefficiencies.
