The Recruitment Coordinator connects great barbers with great shops. You'll source and build the pipeline that makes sure every shop has the talent they need to deliver the Ultimate Barbershop Experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Respond to all inbound leads via phone, email, and text
• Conduct top-level qualification calls to assess candidate fit, experience, and availability
