Recruitment Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Philippines HR Director and the China headquarters HR team to understand hiring needs and develop phased recruitment plans in line with the business expansion of the Philippines office.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process across all functions, leveraging local recruitment channels to efficiently hire and build talent pipelines for positions including Sales, Media Operations, Engineering, Administration, and junior to middle management roles.
- Build and maintain a localized talent pipeline, establish standardized recruitment processes covering resume screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding, while continuously improving hiring efficiency and optimizing recruitment costs.
