Recruitment Specialist (Sales)

SALES RECRUITER

Job Summary:

• To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates, placement;
• To monitor and update seller’s database; and
• To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• With at least 1 year of work experience in recruitment and selection, real estate industry is a plus
• Excellent Interviewing skills
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Knowledge in different sourcing techniques and channels
