Recruitment Specialist (Nurse Recruitment)

Job Summary



The Recruitment Specialist – Nurse Recruitment is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and processing registered nurses for overseas employment. The role ensures qualified candidates are recruited in accordance with client requirements, company policies, and the regulations of the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and other applicable government agencies. The Recruitment Specialist also provides guidance to applicants throughout the recruitment and deployment process.



Key Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

Source qualified Registered Nurses through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, schools, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess applicants' qualifications, experience, and suitability for client requirements.

Build and maintain a strong database of nurse applicants.
