About the Role

Aviation Partnership (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and hire high-caliber talent across corporate, operational, and aviation-related functions. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to recruit for niche and hard-to-fill positions, particularly within the aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry.
