About the Role
We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support high-volume, end-to-end hiring for our BPO operations. This role is critical to meeting aggressive staffing targets across multiple campaigns/accounts, ensuring we consistently deliver qualified talent on time to support client SLAs and headcount ramps.
Key Responsibilities
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing candidates for multiple campaign/account requisitions
+ Conduct high-volume candidate screening via phone/video interviews and initial assessments
+ Coordinate and schedule client/account manager interviews and assessments
