Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with at least 4 years' experience in a staffing/search agency environment, preferably in a full 360 role including business development
• Attained full CEI certification (without any exemption) as required by MOM
• Self-motivated, disciplined and loves to interact with people of all levels
• Tech-savvy and not afraid of using latest technologies to headhunt candidates
