Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to job offer, including:
- Candidate sourcing and talent pooling through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Resume screening and initial candidate assessment.
- Conducting initial interviews and coordinating hiring manager interviews.
- Facilitating candidate evaluation and selection process.
- Conducting reference checks and pre-employment validation.
- Preparing and extending job offers to selected candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and provide timely recruitment support.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate records, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
