Recruitment Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns and events across various channels to drive brand awareness, build followers, amplify social engagement, capture leads, encourage referrals, and attract job applicants. Also focused on recruiting the best talent for the bank's diverse programs.

How will you contribute:

• Create, identify and implement recruitment marketing campaigns and events to support hiring plans by converting leads into applicants.
• Complement recruiters by effectively communicating the employer brand story through multitude channels that helps generate more quality applicants for open requisitions, ultimately aiding recruiters in filling jobs faster and easier.
• Build partnerships with different schools and professional organizations to grow brand awareness.
