Recruitment Manager

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct headhunting, networking, referrals, and strategic sourcing methods.
• Partner closely with leadership teams to drive hiring strategies, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage recruitment analytics, ATS systems, hiring KPIs, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced growth environment

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 6 years of experience related to Recruitment
• Must be highly organized, energetic, proactive, smart, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
