Analyzes staffing requirements data and prepares presentations for weekly team meetings, MBR, and for recruitment analysis purposes to ensure plans and implemented sourcing strategies support ramp fulfillment 

Monitors recruitment financials by comparing actual cost versus budget from the Recruitment Budget Projection
