Recruitment Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter on a 1-year contract to support end-to-end hiring activities, with a focus on Supply Chain and Shared Services functions. The ideal candidate has prior experience recruiting for these domains and can manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking channels
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes
Build and maintain talent pipelines for all roles required with our Asian operations
Support broader APAC regions with recruitment demand, where required
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Track and report recruitment metrics
Report on recruitment analytics
