Reponsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job briefing to candidate placement Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates Provide guidance on salary benchmarking and hiring trends Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales and negotiation abilities Time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Familiarity of recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS) CEI certified preferred
