What You'll Do

• Understand consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
• Utilize various channels to source suitable candidates for consultant job orders, including headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting online, referrals, etc.
• Make cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position, matching suitable candidates to available positions.
• Assist in coordinating interview schedules and other assistance required in closing positions such as reference checking. ...
