We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultan t who speaks English and is driven by talent and clean energy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies.
- Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interview.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.
- Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.
