Recruitment Consultant (Entry-Level)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Consultant (RC) to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, learning about different industries, and supporting businesses in identifying top talent. We would NOT look for a cold-calling machine. We would look for someone who is coachable, organized, and intellectually curious.

You will work closely with senior consultants and hiring managers within healthcare sectors, gaining exposure to recruitment, market mapping, candidate engagement, and talent advisory.
