Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a Recruitment Agency, understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques and matching (needs to be structured and routine-oriented). A passion for Recruitment is essential. Sound judgement, excellent work ethics, and strong integrity are essential. Well organized, with a sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure. Highly client-centric, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills (both verbal and written). An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy, an inquiring mind, and a thorough approach to assessing information (looking for a pit-bull who is resilient and meticulous!).
