**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Associate (Recruiting Professional). This role is responsible for managing the recruitment selection process. May be responsible for one level of staff, for lateral recruiting for a specific LOB, or for talent acquisition of executives into the organization.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Participate in recruiting and selecting, contact center, operational, or early career individuals from internal and external sources
+ Assist hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies, and reviewing affirmative action goals
+ Review candidate's information to determine if job qualifications are met
+ Conduct interviews and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities
