Recruiting Operations Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruitment Operations Specialist – Offers & Onboarding to support critical pre-hire activities and ensure a seamless candidate experience from offer stage through onboarding. In this role, you'll work closely with recruiters, candidates, and cross-functional teams to manage offer-related processes, maintain data accuracy, and support operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Execute offer and onboarding activities, including offer processing, employee ID generation, pre-employment requirement collection, interim checks, and other assigned recruitment operations tasks.
• Manage daily work queues and transactions, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs).
