1. Educational & Professional BackgroundFormal Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Strategic Management, or Business Administration. Higher National Diploma (HND) or Diploma holders in Marketing are often considered for field-level Sales & Marketing Executive roles. Professional Membership: Active membership or ongoing professional tracks with the Chartered Institute of Marketing Ghana (CIMG) or CIM (UK). Digital Certifications: Specialized certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate, or HubSpot CRM) for digital and performance marketing roles.

Industry Experience:Executive / Specialist Level: 2 to 3 years of proven experience running cross-channel marketing and lead generation campaigns. Management Level: 5+ years of strategic marketing leadership, ideally with direct exposure to logistics, corporate services, or multi-subsidiary brand management.
