**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for Director of Recruiting for our Health and Civilian Talent Acquisition team. This position will be located within the United States and will be a fully remote opportunity.
**Responsibilities**
Manages the development of efficient recruiting resources, screening and interviewing applicants, and the availability of the proper caliber of manpower to meet staffing requirements. Establishes and administers procedures for the recruitment, selection, and employment processing of new employees. Supervises the procurement, investigation, interview, and selection activities of subordinate staff members. Develops employment advertising to accurately reflect manpower requirements and provide for the placement of recruitment ads in appropriate national and local media.
