Tech Economy is seeking a Recruiting Associate in Madrid to provide administrative support to the Iberia Recruiting Team. This role involves maintaining the Bain Recruiting system, facilitating interviews, and assisting with logistics for recruiting events.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor or Master’s degree, 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, and strong communication skills in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Avature and Microsoft Office is essential.
