• Own and manage the complex interview scheduling process, acting as the central point of coordination for standard, high‑volume, and executive‑level loops, including multi‑location and international panels.
• Navigate global logistics independently, proactively anticipating and resolving pitfalls such as time‑zone mismatches, visa/travel conflicts, or last‑minute interviewer no‑shows with minimal disruption.
• Draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork, ensuring absolute accuracy, data privacy compliance within the ATS, and a seamless transition to onboarding.
