Primary Functions

• Own the full hiring lifecycle - source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close.
• Run multiple searches in parallel - maintaining a steady slate of qualified prospects.
• Evaluate technical aptitude - conducting structured interviews that test skills against client demands.
• Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms to track activity and preserve data accuracy.
• Recommend process enhancements that shorten time-to-hire and improve talent quality.

Core Requirements

• 2‑3 years full-cycle recruiting, including high‑volume workloads at a large staffing firm.
