Recruiter – Real Estate (Agent Hiring Focus)

Responsible for building and delivering real estate recruitment mandates, focusing on hiring real estate agents for brokerage and developer clients across Dubai. Must manage the full recruitment lifecycle: market mapping, candidate attraction, assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.

Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, advise on talent strategy, and execute scalable hiring solutions. Build deep candidate networks within Dubai's real estate brokerage market and position Virtucruit as a trusted hiring partner.

Hands-on recruitment experience within the Dubai real estate sector, proven exposure to hiring real estate agents or commission-based sales professionals.
