Description We are looking for a talent sourcing specialist to support recruiting efforts through proactive market mapping, candidate engagement, and pipeline development. This Long-term Contract position works closely with talent acquisition partners and hiring stakeholders to uncover passive talent with relevant experience, strengthen sourcing strategies, and share labor market insights. Based in Naperville, Illinois, this role is ideal for someone who can balance research, relationship-building, and execution across multiple hiring priorities.
