We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our GDL team.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for U.based roles in oil and gas, industrial manufacturing, and related fields.
• Conduct phone and video screenings.
• Post and manage job listings on platforms including Indeed, Linked In, and Job Diva.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (Job Diva).

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, industrial, or technical sectors.
• Strong English communication skills — written and verbal (B2 or higher required; C1/C2 preferred).
