What’s The Role

As a Recruiter supporting the United Kingdom (UK) for Experienced Hires, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Shell’s future by identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for ML3 and below positions, ensuring that every hire strengthens our competitive edge and supports our business ambitions.

This role follows a defined shift pattern based on the markets supported. The working hours are: 12 pm – 9 pm. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring three days a week in the office. Employees are expected to maintain reasonable flexibility to adjust their working hours when required to engage with candidates, hiring managers, or stakeholders across time zones.
