Description We are looking for a Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing environment in Lawrence, Kansas. This Contract position will manage a large volume of openings, guiding candidates through the recruiting process from initial outreach to successful start dates. The role also contributes to onboarding coordination and workforce roster tracking while partnering closely with hiring teams to maintain steady staffing levels.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and related operational roles, from intake discussions through offer coordination and start-date follow-up.
• Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, job postings, database searches, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
