Recruiter

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Recruiter in Orange County, CA. This position is a contract for 6 months + hybrid.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Hourly pay rate: $30-$35 per hour DOE



Duties and Responsibilities include: 

Requisition Intake, Candidate Assessment & Interview Process, Communications

Support full-cycle recruiting from job intake through offer.

Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand job requirements, success profiles, selection criteria.

Confirm recruiting timelines, interview plans and hiring priorities.

Screen applicants and evaluate fit against defined requirements.

Drive timely interviewer feedback and candidate dispositioning.

Provide clear, consistent communication to candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting lifecycle.

Help deliver an effective and professional end-to-end candidate experience.
