Recruiter MCS Group is pleased to be working alongside a well-established and highly successful FMCG organisation, adding a Recruiter for an initial 12-month Fixed-Term Contract based in Craigavon. The Role As a Recruiter, you will take ownership of the full recruitment process across a variety of business areas, working closely with managers to deliver effective hiring solutions. You will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, developing talent pools, and ensuring an outstanding experience for both hiring managers and applicants. Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete recruitment process, from advertising vacancies and candidate sourcing through to interviews, compliance checks, offer management, and onboarding. Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet both immediate and future workforce demands.
