Place product on conveyor belts, trays, or into pouches

Weigh fish to meet exact specifications

Trim and process product using a knife per SOP

Remove bones (pin-boning) to ensure product quality

Package fresh or frozen seafood for shipment or storage

Assemble, tape, label, and palletize boxes

Maintain clean work areas and equipment

Complete required documentation for tracking and traceability
