This position works within the allied health team to provide recreation therapy services to residents within the Provost Health Centre (Type A Continuing Care Home). You will provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants and Therapy Aides. This position may qualify for a recruitment incentive of up to $13,000 over 12 months. Description

As a Recreation Therapist II, you will take a leadership role in ensuring that the level of therapeutic recreation practice in your clinical area is evidence based, patient-and family-centred and in accordance with policies, procedures and standards of practice.
