Job Overview
- Status: Permanent Full Time
- Hours: 75 hours bi‑weekly, days, evenings, weekends
- Location: 4100 Upper Middle Road, Burlington, Ontario L7M 4W8
- Hiring rate: $23.26 per collective agreement/employee association agreement
Responsibilities
- Be enrolled in / completed diploma or degree recreation/leisure studies and/or gerontology from a community college or university
- Display a caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members
- Support and embrace a resident‑centered social culture
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Foster exemplary relationships with residents, their families, and the Village team to deliver holistic care that focuses on flexible living and quality of life
- Plan and implement programs
