Recreation Assistant

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Dobbins Information, Ticket and Travel program on Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia. The position is a flexible position, which means you are not guaranteed hours or benefits but could work anywhere between 0 and 40 hours per week. Position requires working irregular schedules, to include weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Responsibilities Performs and/or assists in the operation and maintenance of recreational facilities. Establishes schedules of events and ensures rules and regulations are followed. Tests water-skiing and boating equipment for safe operation. Demonstrates safety and conservation techniques for campsites, water-sports areas, firing ranges, and hunting areas. Demonstrates equipment and techniques for outdoor activities such as camping, swimming, and boating.
