Salary: Guaranteed minimum c. £38,591 for CE (HGV 1) licence, £35,111 for C (HGV 2) licence. This includes a location allowance. On Target Earnings: £44,720 for CE, £39,065 for C licence.

Shifts: Rolling roster, work 18 days out of every 28, with two full weekends off. Standard Shift Duration: 9 hours and 45 minutes, including a 45‑minute break.
