Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation Specialist

Selected candidates will support the Record-to-Report (R2R)
function by performing accurate and timely account reconciliations, ensuring
the integrity of financial data, strengthening internal controls, and
contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives that enhance
the efficiency of the financial close process.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE**

+ Performtimely and accurate balance sheet account reconciliations using BlackLine,SAP, and supporting subledger systems.
+ Investigateand resolve reconciliation discrepancies, ensuring completeness andaccuracy of financial records.
+ Prepare,review, and maintain reconciliation documentation in accordance withcompany policies and internal controls.
+ Analyzesubledger data and general ledger balances to identify variances andrecommend corrective actions.
