Record to Report Manager

This position will have core responsibility for leading and driving accounting diligence within the group. The role will maintain the general ledger of each company's books in accordance with the accounting manual. The role shall support the Director for any accounting and controllership needs. A role that shall promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working environment between the stakeholders involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Employee will:

• Develop or improve any existing finance processes that drives more efficiency and drives better monthly closing procedures.
• Coordinate with Finance to lead any process improvements, operational efficiencies, regular reporting and financial excellence.
