Our client is hiring a Reconstruction Project Manager for their Portland market. THE WHO:
Our client is a leading restoration and reconstruction company serving residential, institutional, and commercial customers across the Pacific Northwest.
THE WHAT:
You will manage 10-15 active reconstruction projects simultaneously-running them like your own business.
You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and margins, communicate proactively with clients during their hardest days, and deliver projects that restore businesses and lives.
