Job Responsibilities: Handle timesheets and leave records for project staff and workers Manage transportation schedules for drivers, client and contractors Oversee maintenance and proper upkeep of company vehicles Coordinate office networking and IT-related matters for client and contractor site offices Ensure adequate office supplies are maintained Oversee maintenance of office premises and fixtures Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Perform other ad-hoc administrative and project support duties as assigned Coordinate and submit project progress photos and videos in a timely manner Assist HR with work pass renewal matters Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a construction project environment in Singapore Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Willing to work in the East region of Singapore in a site office environment Willing to work 5.5 days per week Minimum Diploma qualification
